PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for efficiently producing a molded material tablet of a small size having a very small number of voids. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process comprises the steps of feeding, heating and kneading for plasticizing an epoxy resin molding material made by compounding an epoxy resin, a curing agent, an inorganic filler and a curing accelerator as essential ingredients to/in an extruding machine, continuously extruding the plasticized molding material from a temperature controlled die having the same opening shape as a specific tablet sectional shape and attached to a tip of the extruding machine; and cutting the extruded molding material by a specific tablet length.
