PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device for a construction machine which controls an actuator in an analog fashion and allows many input devices to be installed in a small space, and also provide a construction machine equipped with the operating device. SOLUTION: The operating device for a construction machine is constituted with a grasping part 1, an input device unit 3 provided in the grasping part and a controller 6 which inputs a detection signal outputted from the input device unit 3 and outputs a signal for controlling the actuator corresponding to the detection signal. The input device unit 3 is provided with pressure sensors 12 and 13 which are a detection part, a swing lever 14 which is an operation part and elastic members 15 and 16 which supply the operation of the swing lever 14 with a required stroke.
