PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-dimensional shape processing device, a 3-dimensional shape processing method, a 3-dimensional shape processing program, and a recording medium which are suitable for inhibiting occurrence of a minute element in offset processing for a curved surface where two curved surfaces are connected. SOLUTION: The system comprises a 3-dimensional shape data input means such as an input device 1 to input data for offset processing of the 3-dimensional shape including a bent curved surface which has been so formed as to be bent where two curved surfaces are connected, and a 3-dimensional shape processing means such as a CPU 3 and a memory 4 which, by using the input data, apply the offset processing to a boundary curve of the two curved surfaces, generate an offset curve, generate an approximation offset curve by deforming the offset curve, and, with the approximation offset curve as a boundary, generate an approximation offset curved surface inside.
