PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that assembly work is troublesome because of a large number of part items. SOLUTION: A shoe hold-down comprises a spring working section foe elastically enforcing a shoe to a back plate, a locking section to lock the shoe to the back plate, and a shaft connecting a spring working section and the locking section.
