PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seating structure of a seat, which can be assembled and disassembled with ease, and is suitable for the disposal of waste in a classified state in particular. SOLUTION: A plurality of bosses 3 having a screw hole 4 and facing forward are projected from the edge frame 9 of a base frame 1, and a cylindrical washer 16 having a tilting stopping piece 17, which can be deformed elastically so that the rear section opens, in the outer peripheral face is fixed to the front face of each of the bosses 3, and a stretched material 14 is stretched on the front face of a stretch frame 8, at the position corresponding to the boss 3 in the edge frame 9 of which a step hole 10 whose small diameter hole 10a faces to the rear section is made. Then, the stretched material 14 is put from the front face of the base frame 1, and the tilting stopping piece 17 of the cylindrical washer 16 on the front face of the boss 3 fitted in the step hole 10 is made to stop in the step section of the front face of the small diameter hole 10a of the step hole 10.
