PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pronunciation judging system which allows a system user performing judgement of the pronunciation of a language to learn to understand the good and bad of the pronunciation at every phoneme easily and exactly and, further, gets along with the markedly small amount of calculation required for the judgement and to provide a server for management, an error rule data base and a control program in the system. SOLUTION: A first pronunciation judging system 1 comprises a pronunciation subject setting part 1a, a pronunciation information gaining part 1b, a pronunciation judging data producing part 1c, a pronunciation judging part 1d, the error rule data base 1e and a judgement result announcing part 1f. In the pronunciation judging data producing part 1c, a phoneme network is formed on the basis of a pronunciation subject and the error rule data base 1e. In the pronunciation judging part 1d, the most probable path is selected among paths of the phoneme network on the basis of pronunciation information of the system user gained by the pronunciation information gaining part 1b and, by the pronunciation result announcing part 1f, the good and bad of the pronunciation is announced.
