PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative light emitting sign board allowing easy exchange of a face light emitting sheet and clearly displaying information. SOLUTION: This light emitting sign board 1 has a sandwich structure comprising a display board 3 joined to a light emitting surface 2a of the face light emitting sheet 2 and a holding board 4 provided at an opposing side of the light emitting surface 2a. The face light emitting sheet 2 is easily peelably stuck to the holding board 4 with an adhesive sheet 5. The surface of the display board 3 has a information display pattern 30 comprising characters, messages including figures and various decorations formed thereon, and decorative bolts 9 are penetrated through bolt penetrating holes 7 from a rear side of the holding board 4, penetrated through bolt penetrating holes 6 of the display board 3, screwed into cap nuts 8 to detachably connect the display board 3 to the holding board 4.
