PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double box type metering device capable of rotating an impeller stably. SOLUTION: In this double box type water meter equipped with a plurality of inflow nozzles 41A-41H on the lower step of an internal case 14, a plurality of outflow nozzles on the upper step of the internal case 14, and the impeller 18 rotatably in the internal case 14, sectional areas of the outflow nozzles are enlarged successively from the inflow side of an outer case 14 toward the outflow side thereof.
