PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device having a press-and-support ring for reliably holding a piece punched by a punch and a die and performing the caulking lamination thereof, preventing generation of cracks, and solving problems of defective lamination and production stop. SOLUTION: A die device 10 punches an outline of a punched piece 19 by advancing/retracting a punch 18 to/from a die 20, extracts the piece into a press-and-support ring 22 continuously connected to an inner surface 43 of the die 20, and performs the caulking lamination of the punched piece 19. The press-and-support ring 22 is divided into a plurality of divided press-and-support rings 23-26 in the circumferential direction. Uneven projecting parts 36 are formed on the inner surfaces of the divided press-and-support rings 23-26 at the same height position in the punching-in direction 35 of the punched piece 19. The divided press-and-support rings 23-26 are advancing/retractable to/from the center thereof, and protruded further inward of an inner surface 43 of the die 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
