BREAD MAKER AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread maker and its control method for preventing erroneous operations by a foreign matter put between kneading drums. SOLUTION: This bread maker has a main body provided with: an oven room; a pair of kneading drums to rotate normally/reversely to hold both end parts of a mixing bag; a bar code scanner set adjacent to the kneading drums to read a bar code provided on a mixing bag; and drum drive part to normally/reversely rotate the kneading drums. The bread maker further has a bar code reading sensor part to sense whether the bar code scanner reads a bar code; and a control part to control the drum drive part to rotate the kneading drums at a preliminarily stored read speed while a bar code is being read by the bar code scanner on the basis of a sensing signal of the bar code reading sensor part so as to rotate the kneading drums at a stationary speed faster than the read speed.
