PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower drying wet hands and easily drying and removing water droplet splashed on a counter and a floor surface around the blower. SOLUTION: This blower is provided with a blower member 15 attached adjacent to a wash cabinet 1, a hand wash basin, a sink, and the like, and producing an air, a blower pipe 18 connected to the blower member 15, and an air blowing port 11 connected to the tip of the blower pipe 18 and blowing out the air to be blown from the blower member 15, in a body part 9. The blowing pipe 18 is installed with a changeover member 14 changing over the blowing direction of the air, the changeover member 14 is connected to a hose 19, and a nozzle 20 blowing out the air blown from the blowing member 15 is connected to the tip of the hose 19.
