PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking member for the skin which has fixing performances of sticking firmly to the skin and not loosening in the use and the pliability following the move of the surface of the skin and also minimizes stimulation given to the skin. SOLUTION: This member has a base formed of a knit having elasticity in opposite directions or a nonwoven elastic knit prepared by knitting elastic yarns or the elastic yarns and nonelastic yarns in a spun bonded nonwoven fabric, a water-repellent layer constituted of a polyurethane film laid on one side of the base and having waterproofness and moisture permeability and a thickness of 5 to 30μm, and an adhesive layer laid on the other side of the base. The tensile strength of the member on the occasion of 20% stretch is 10N/19 mm width or below and the hysteresis thereof after 80% stretch is 85% or above, while the tensile break strength thereof is 15N/19 mm width or above.
