WIRELESS DATA COMMUNICATION LINK EMBEDDED IN SIMULATED WEAPON SYSTEMS

A weapon simulator assembly (10) having a wireless module (16) provided in a simulated weapon (12) to maximize the freedom of movement for the user and t o provide complete diagnostics from electronic sensors (18) for users of the firearms training simulator (12). The wireless module (16) is embedded in th e simulated weapon (12) used in the simulator assembly (10) and connected to various sensors to obtain operational information. The wireless data communication link is a wireless module (16) using a frequency hopping sprea d spectrum technology such that the wireless module (16) can fit in a small firearm simulator (12), such as a handgun or chemical spray simulator.
