<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for dramatically improving the image processing capability of the entire system by using a packet switch, preparing an independent path for data transfer between optional processing modules and realizing simultaneous parallelization of data transfer. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor comprising a plurality of processing modules and a plurality of memories is provided with the packet switch 9 provided with a plurality of ports and has the independent path for data transfer between optional ports.
