<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data migration easily and to enable a user to sense the migration of the data bodily. <P>SOLUTION: If a switch 41-1 is operated when a pen 4 is placed on an icon or the like displayed to a display, data indicated by the icon are stored in a storage part of the pen 4. In doing so, a luminous body 45 moves from front of the pen 4 backward in a luminous body 44. In accordance with the movement, a centroid of the pen 4 also moves backward. Inversely, if a switch 41-2 is operated when the pen 4 is placed on the display, the stored data are outputted and the icon is displayed at the position of the pen 4. In doing so, the luminous body 45 moves forward from back of the pen 4 in the luminous body 44. In correspondence to the movement, a centroid of the pen 4 moves forward as well.
