PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present as many images for viewing as possible to a user viewing images or the like. SOLUTION: In a background image processing part, a direction of line of sight is determined by an indicating part 302 when there is a line of sight direction indication, a posting area of an image object is determined by a setting part 306 in a basic virtual space constructed by a constructing part 304, and after the image object is arranged in the posting area by an arranging part 308 and a virtual space is constructed by a constructing part 310, a background image by the direction of line of sight is created by a creating part 312. When there is a change-over indication, a change-over area is derived by a deriving part 316 via a change-over indication part 314, the image object is derived by a setting part 318, the image object is set in a change-over enabled state by a setting part 320, and a display form is derived by a deriving part 322. In the change-over indication, an image is derived by a deriving part 330 from pieces of data of output parts 326 and 328 outputting pieces of change-over indication data for changing over image objects based upon an indicated direction by a specifying part 324.
