PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor where the shortage of the torque at high-speed rotational driving is settled and scattering of a magnet is prevented. SOLUTION: A plurality of coreless coils 21 fixed with nonmagnetic body are arranged with constant intervals. An inner yoke 23 with salient pole characteristic is provided on the inner peripheral side of the coreless coil 21 while a back yoke 25 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the coreless coil 21. A plurality of first magnets 26 are embedded in a groove slot 24, and rotational driving is performed with the magnet torque and a reluctance torque which is smaller than the former.
