PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seamlessly merge a television program of a television broadcast radio wave into a television program on a Web system to simultaneously utilize the advantages of both of the television programs. SOLUTION: A viewer participating type television program system consists of a television receiver, a monitor and a Web system. The television receiver has a television receiver circuit for receiving television broadcast radio waves; accumulating device for accumulating the signals from the television receiver circuit and immediately reproducing desired signals; Web interlocking device for interlocking with a Web system on a network; remote control switch; remote controller input device for receiving selected information from the remote control switch and transmitting some of the information to the Web interlocking device; and video/audio information control device for controlling either to present television broadcast radio waves immediately after receiving them, to reproduce signals relating to the accumulated radio waves or to present video and sound from the Web system, on the basis of a control instruction from the remote controller switch via the remote control input device.
