PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board with pins, in which lead pins can be well connected to wiring conductors of an external electric circuit board via a socket, and to provide an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: In the wring board with the pins, in which pin-attached pads 2b electrically connected to the wiring conductors 2 are provided on a lower surface of an organic material insulating board 1 having the conductors 2 and the lead pins 3, each having a substantially disk-like large-diameter part 3b formed at an upper end of a substantially columnar shaft 3a are erected on the pads 2b, by connecting an upper surface and a side face of the large-diameter part 3b to the pads 2b by a solder 9, the lead pins 3 are each formed with a stepped part 3c over the entire periphery of an outer peripheral corner at the lower surface side of the large-diameter part 3b.
