PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly cut a thick-walled parison by a cutter blade having a pointed part and to freely change the position of the cutter blade between a head and a mold. SOLUTION: In a perison cutting method, and an apparatus therefor, a cutter (51) has the pointed part (100) formed to the central part thereof longitudinally and protruded along the moving direction thereof and, after the pointed part (100) is thrust in the side part of the parison (3), the parison (3) is cut by the blade parts (100a) formed to both sides of the pointed part (100).
