PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a method for a display device having an organic electroluminescent element for efficiently performing highly precise positioning. SOLUTION: Auxiliary chambers are arranged on both sides of an evaporation chamber, and a mask is replaced by using both the auxiliary chambers.
