PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change screens of a front projector just by a laser pointer used by a lecturer during a lecture, and improve convenience and amenity by eliminating a need to operate specially a screen of a PC by keys as is conventional and instruct an assistant. SOLUTION: The picture operating system by the laser pointer is composed of a series of systems comprising a light receiver 2 having a light receiving part detecting light of the laser pointer 1, a control part, and a transmitting part transmitting a signal of the control part to a remote part, a receiver 3 having a receiving part for the signal and a control part converting the signal into a control signal to a personal computer 4, and a driving part controlling the screen on the basis of the control signal.
