PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky release sheet that has a tackiness enough not to be released from the body it is attached to, when it is attached to the body and yet is easily released from the body without fouling the body, when the release is made intentionally. SOLUTION: A tacky agent constituting the tacky agent layer of the tacky release sheet comprises at least (A) an acrylic polymer having a functional group reactive to an isocyanate group, (B) an amine compound having more than one hydroxy group and (C) a polyisocyanate compound. In the infrared absorption spectrum of the tacky agent after curing or drying, the ratio of the absorption peak in the absorption band in a wavenumber region of 2,100-2,400 cm<SP>-1</SP>attributed to the unreacted isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate compound (C) to the absorption peak in the absorption band in a wavenumber region of 2,700-3,100 cm<SP>-1</SP>attributed to the C-H group of the acrylic polymer (A) is < 0.4.
