PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a following preceding vehicle display device allowing a driver to recognize preceding vehicle change information easily when a preceding vehicle is changed. SOLUTION: A vehicle provided with a preceding vehicle following control system for control for letting own vehicle follow the preceding vehicle running ahead of own vehicle is provided with a preceding vehicle detection means detecting the preceding vehicle running ahead of own vehicle, an own vehicle position display part 14 indicating a position of own vehicle, a preceding vehicle remote display part 13a indicating a position of the preceding vehicle, a preceding vehicle near display part 13c, a preceding vehicle middle display part 13b provided at the middle position between the preceding vehicle remote display part 13a and the preceding vehicle near display part 13c, and a preceding vehicle position display control means performing the display and non-display of a preceding vehicle remote display part 13 selectively. The preceding vehicle position display control means is a means determining the display and non-display of the preceding vehicle position display part 13 in accordance with the relation of a target vehicle-to-vehicle distance and actual vehicle-to-vehicle distance for the preceding vehicle.
