PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically transferring apparatus with which dark meat with bone is transferred to a next deboning process without applying a load such as shaking, etc., to the dark meat with bone on a separation line for the dark meat with bone. SOLUTION: A forked shackle 1 for grasping an ankle part on a stationary shaft 3 of a bracket fixed to a transportation means is supported rotatably in a vertical plane parallel to the advance direction of the shackle. The shackle 1 has the shaft 3 and a stationary shaft 4 extended in the parallel direction and one end of an arm 5 is fixed to the stationary shaft. When the other end of the shaft is guided along a rail 9, the shackle 1 is rotated 90°to the advance direction backward and the dark meat 20 has a vertical position in a contact state with the top of the shackle 1. When the shackle is further rotated by 180°, the dark meat holds a suspended state. The dark meat 20 in the suspended state is received by a forked shackle for discharge, discharged out of the line by horizontal movement and transferred in the state to a shackle for a next process line.
