The temperature of a cooling fluid circulated through an engine (1) is detected to control an electrically motor (7) driving a cooling-fluid pump (2). The heat generated in the motor is transmitted to the cooling fluid, when temperature of the fluid is less than normal yield temperature. An Independent claim is also included for the control apparatus for yield temperature.
