<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-material welding method for a laminated plate, which enables a skin material to be easily mounted on a thermoplastic resin molding, and also enables mounting on the skin material using a raw material susceptible to a temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A heated rod 12 is pressed into the skin material 40 and a core material 30 while a folded part 41 is held by a hold-down plate 17 of a welding device 10, and a folded piece 42, which serves as a part of the skin material 40, is fused with the core material 30. After that, the heated rod 12 is pulled out; and after the solidification of a molten part 31, the hold-down plate 17 is opened to obtainm a laminated plate 60 in which the core material 30 is integrated with the skin material 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
