BUSINESS ACTIVITY SUPPORT SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity support system for making a salesperson to efficiently proceed a business activity against a slow down issue.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a slow down issue extracting part 12 for extracting issues of which the implementation period of ripeness currently in progress is accumulated in the same ripeness more than the number of dates calculated from a standard implementation number of date in the same ripeness of similar issues and warning a salesperson and a manager as a boss of the salesperson in charge of the extracted slow down issue; and an advice information providing part 13 for selecting and transmitting advice information among previous issues similar to a state of a customer and corresponding history of the sales person, etc., against the extracted issue, and accumulates whether a rank of ripeness of a business discussion has risen or not as a result of the business activity according to the advice information and supports the business activity to be progressed efficiently.
