SELLING SUPPORT INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimum selling support information in response to a customer to a person in charge of sales by registering the customer to be targeted by the person in charge of sales.

SOLUTION: A server device 20 having an input accepting means 20a, an extracting means 20b and a transmitting means 20c is connected to a terminal device 10 used by a person in charge of sales 11 via a network 1 and can access to a customer DB (database) 21 with individual information on the customer registered therein and to an example DB 22 in which examples regarding to business negotiation issues are registered with association to the individual information. The server device 20 accepts an input of information on the customer to be targeted by the person 11 from the terminal device 10 and extracts the examples in response to the individual information from the example DB 22 while extracting the individual information in response to an accepted customer from the customer DB 11. The server 20 creates an optimum tool 30 (selling support information) in response to the customer including the extracted individual information and examples and transmits the created optimum tool 30 to the terminal device 10.
