PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which can surely start an oscillation operation even if the driving ability of an element for giving trigger voltage for the oscillation operation is small. SOLUTION: A trigger voltage generation circuit 10 cuts an input side of an oscillation buffer 1 from a feedback resistor 2 when the oscillation circuit is started and applies trigger voltage (power voltage Vcc or ground voltage Vss) of the oscillation operation to the input side of the oscillation buffer 1. Since the feedback resistor 2 is in a cut state, output of the oscillation buffer 1 does not collide with trigger voltage that the voltage generation circuit 10 generates. Then, the input side of the oscillation buffer 1 is connected to the feedback resistor 2 and application of trigger voltage is terminated. Since the oscillation operation is started with a state where trigger voltage is applied to the input side of the oscillation buffer 1 as an initial state, the oscillation operation can more easily be started.
