PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow never blocking the blood circulation in the scalp, preventing the head from getting stuffy, and being tender to the hair. SOLUTION: This pillow 1 is formed by stacking a polyurethane foam front material 2, a middle core 3, and a back material 4, the surface material 2 is composed of the foam having hydrophilicity, and approximately U-shaped grooves 2m and inverse U-shaped projection parts 2t are alternately provided in a plurality rows on the surface. The projection part 2t has the height (a) larger than that of a projection part width (b) and the middle core 3 is composed of a foam having high permeability and low impact resilience.
