PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control-system with which priority of a control instruction is changed in accordance with a content of the control instruction, and users can previously or subsequently discuss which control instruction is to be set when the control instructions are competed. SOLUTION: When a plurality of the control instructions are competed in the same unit which to execute before and after, it is discriminated whether the control instruction which is previously set designates control time (time from a recording start to recording completion, for example) (104). When it designates control time, priority is given to the control instruction which is already set and a new control instruction is refused (S104 to S106 and S113). When it does not designate control time, priority is given to the new control instruction, and the control instruction which is already set is refused (S104 and S107 to S109).
