PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously transfer data and a call with no other limitation of lines by utilizing the functions of a CTI server. SOLUTION: While voice is made transferrable by connecting exchanges each other with a first arbitrary line, the data are made transferrable by connecting the CTI servers each other with a second line such as a LAN. When the data are transferred, the CTI server 3B of a transfer destination stores them, and at the same time, reserves one of transfer primary reception terminals 5. The result of reservation is notified to the CTI server 3A of a transfer origin. After that, when the call is transferred to the transfer primary reception terminal, the stored data and the transfer call are related with each other by the CTI server 3B of the transfer destination.
