PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily perform fixing work by contriving space saving and simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: A board fixing apparatus fixes an auxiliary board 14 connected to the load board of a player body arranged in a shield space surrounded by a shield plate 9 on a main board 3 and a shield box engaged with the shield plate 9. The board fixing apparatus cuts and raises a plurality of claw parts 20 left on both the side edges of a slit 19 passing the shield plate 9, juxtaposes the mutually facing claw parts 20 at a gap t of the substantially same degree as the thickness of the auxiliary board 14, attaches a male connector 17a at a position facing the slit 19 of the main board 3, attaches a female connector 17b on the lower part of the auxiliary board 14, and inserts the auxiliary board 14 between the claw parts 20 to connect the female connector 17b to the male connector 17a.
