PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource access control device and a method allowing efficient access to resources for increased overall process efficiency by making it possible to achieve the integrity of resource accesses, etc. SOLUTION: The resource access control device for controlling access to resources comprises a management means for managing access pattern information that indicates patterns of access to the resources based upon the resource access requestors performing a predetermined process; a permission determining means for determining whether or not the access pattern information requested by the requestors is permitted, based on the access pattern information managed by the management means; and an access means for accessing the resources based on the determination by the permission determining means.
