PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a powdery and granular material of stable quality at a low cost. SOLUTION: This delivery roll 1 for powdery and granular material is rotatably installed near the lower opening of a storage part for storing a large number of powdery and granular material to deliver the powdery and granular material inside the storage part to the outside through delivery holes 16 formed in the outer peripheral surface thereof. The roll comprises a center part 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of a rotating shaft 5 and an outer peripheral part 3 fitted to the outer periphery of the center part 2 and having the delivery holes 16.
