PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct vent of high watertight sealability at a circumferential edge of a fitting hole without impairing the fitting workability. SOLUTION: In the duct vent in which one end side of a frame 11 having an opening 16 to be opened/closed by a butterfly valve forms an insertion side into a fitting hole and the other end side forms a non-insertion side, a flange 31 is formed on an outer circumference on the non-insertion side of the frame, and an elastic seal component 41 is affixed to a flange surface facing the insertion side, a projection 35 is formed on an elastic seal component affixed part of the flange, and the elastic seal component is formed so that an elastic body 43 is accommodated in a bag body 42 to be opened or broken by the pressure of the projection, the bag body is depressurized, and the bag body is sealed in a compressed condition with the thickness of the elastic body reduced.
