An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet for shielding an electromagnetic wave produced from a display, providing a proper transparency and a uniform shading on meshes, preventing white and/or black spot defects, linear defects and glaring, and recognizing an image on a display satisfactorily. The width (W) at a straight-line segment of the line (107) of a conductive material layer (109) is within ±30% of a specified value. The radius of curvature (r), with respect to the thickness (t) of the conductive material layer (109), of a bank side surface (107S) connecting an upper bottom (107U) and a lower bottom (107B) in a line section shape formed, at a straight-line segment, by the orthogonal crossing between the line (107) of the conductive material layer (109) and a transparent substrate is set to be 1.5t <= r <= 3.0t. With the above line width and/or the above radius of curvature satisfied, a mesh-form conductive material layer is overlaid on one surface of a transparent substrate via an adhesive.
