PURPOSE: Provided are an exosome containing an exogenous antigen through gene transfection and a method for utilizing the same as an immunogen carrier, thereby easily and rapidly proteins. CONSTITUTION: An exosome containing exogenous antigen is prepared by gene transfection of a specific antigen gene into a target cell line, and stably expresses an exogenous antigen in a tumor cell and discharges it. The exosome containing an exogenous antigen is used for the separation of natural type proteins which have no conformational change and are hardly separated. It is used as an immunogen carrier when the antigen gene is used as an immunogen.
