PURPOSE: An ordering system using a ventilation opening is provided to carry out a service for an ordered item fast by making an employee integrally collect an ordering sheet transferred through the ventilating opening of a large restaurant. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a fan(10) for sucking air, ordering sheet suckers(11,12) for transmitting the ordering sheet(13) with the sucked air, a transferring pipe(28) for transferring the ordering sheet from the ordering sheet suckers, and an ordering sheet collector(20) for collecting the ordering sheet transferred along the transferring pipe. The ordering sheet collector includes a transfer detecting sensor(22) for detecting the transfer of the ordering sheet transferred along the transferring pipe, a display window(21) for outputting a quantity of the ordering sheet according to a detection result, a collecting plate(27) for collecting the ordering sheet in order to transmit the ordering sheet to the outside, a transferring plate, and an operating handle(24) for operating the transferring plates. |
