<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent and a stent graft that can be diametrally easily contracted, when mounted on the inside periphery of a catheter, can expand a tubular organ by a sufficient expansive force when forced out from the catheter and can be adapted to a curve of the tubular organ. <P>SOLUTION: The stent 20 is formed into a cylinder by weaving metal wires 21. Double-woven portions 23 annularly woven by doubling the metal wire 21 are axially provided at least at one position. By covering the inside periphery and/or the outside periphery of the stent 20 with a cylindrical cover 30, a graft 30 with a stent is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
