<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively save electric power consumption in a sub-station, in a radio system having a plurality of sub-stations for notifying an observation data, a monitored data and the like at an assigned times. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power source switch control part 116 of a radio unit 11 in the sub-station turns off an electric power source switch 115 as an initial set. The control part 116 reads out a time data when the electric power source switch stored in a time memory 118 is turned on, compares an electric power source switch-on time indicated by the time data with the present time output from a timer part 117 to turn on the power switch 115 when conformed each other, and operates a reception part 111 and a communication control part 112 to start communication with a main station. An electric power source switch-off time data stored in the memory 118 is read out to turn off the power switch 115 when the electric power source switch-off time indicated by the time data is consistent with the present time output from the timer part 117. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
