<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for inkjet recording paper, which prevents a coating defect and the nonuniformity of a liquid, and enables the efficient formation of a uniform and even coated film surface. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording paper is manufactured by applying a coating slip onto a base and drying it. The 40°C viscosity of the coating slip, which contains polymer fine particles and inorganic fine particles, exhibiting low-temperature thickening properties, is set at 0.010-0.300 Pa s, and the 15°C viscosity thereof is set to be 40-10,000 times as high as the 40°C viscosity thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
