<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that unnecessary blank page is mixed into printed page when printing is stopped, then the blank page is mixedly stored in a post-processing device thereby needing manual separation of the blank page by an operator after the end of output in a continuous paper sheet printing apparatus having a plurality of imaging devices. <P>SOLUTION: This system, the printing apparatus having the plurality of electrophotographic imaging devices to form toner images on a continuous printing paper sheet sequentially by the imaging devices, and is provided with a fixing means for fixing the toner images, and the post-processing device for cutting or folding and then cutting a print result in which fixing is finished, is provided with a means for printing a mark which indicates the presence or absence of print data, and detecting the mark. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
