<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor around a vehicle for enabling a driver or the like to notice with a high degree of certainty that a second vehicle is projected in displayed images picked up around the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In this monitor around vehicle, a display device displays the images ahead of the vehicle in left and right directions, which are picked up by an imaging camera, horizontally side by side.
