<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining whether objects contaminated with hazardous matter are appropriately treated for determining whether the hazardous matter remains in the objects to be treated which have been decontaminated by treating, for example, washing the contaminated objects contaminated with the hazardous matter. <P>SOLUTION: After an object 11 contaminated with the hazardous matter, contaminated with an insulating oil containing the hazardous matter, is treated by a hazardous matter decontamination treating means 12, it is determined whether the object 13 to be treated conforms to residue treatment criteria of the hazardous matter in the system for determining whether the objects contaminated with the hazardous matter are appropriately treated. The system is provided with both a determining tank 15 for dissolving the hazardous matter and the insulating oil remaining in the object 13 to be treated after the completion of the treatment in a determining liquid 14 and an analyzing means 16 for measuring the concentration of the insulating oil in the determining oil 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
