<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a reproduced image smoothly on a display having a plurality of display frequencies such as a PC display when a digital dynamic image data is reproduced at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: An image reproduction apparatus for the digital dynamic image data is provided with a usual reproduction indicating portion (2007) to indicate to reproduce an image by usual reproduction, a high-speed reproduction indicating portion (2008) to indicate to reproduce the image by high-speed reproduction, a decoding object tile deciding portion (2102) to select a part of each frame image which the digital dynamic image data shows when the high speed reproduction is indicated, a processing portion (2103 to 2105) to reproduce the digital dynamic image data corresponding to a part selected by the decoding object tile deciding portion for the display, and a decoding frame output portion (2004) to display a display image data reproduced by the processing means on the display whose frequency is variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
