PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which handover between different types of networks is smoothly performed, and also to provide a communication terminal device and a handover method.

SOLUTION: The handover of the communication terminal device 100 between the networks can be performed more smoothly by relaying information on the communication terminal device 100 used in a plurality of different network systems 120a and 120b from a certain network system 120a to the other network system 120b through the communication terminal device 100.
