PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an adjustment for assembly and accuracy in a short time. SOLUTION: Contact position control means 40, 70 and 80 for making the positions where a strip like resin starts to come into contact with a casting roll 20, constant in the lateral direction are unitized into respective units so as to be detachable with respect to a main body unit 2 separately from the main unit 2 equipped with the casting rolls 20. Contact position regulation units 3, 7 and 8 are equipped with a fixed frame 30 mounted on the main unit 2 and the movable frame 35 capable to advance and retreat with respect to the casting roll 20 along the fixed frame. The contact position regulation means 40, 70 and 80 are attached to the movable frame and an operation member 33 for allowing the movable frame to advance and retreat is arranged to the fixed frame 30.
