PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner improving the accuracy in detecting an outdoor temperature, and to provide the air conditioner. SOLUTION: This outdoor machine 3 of the air conditioner comprises a thermistor, a humidity absorbing rotor, and a humidifying unit blowout port 47b. The thermistor detects a temperature of the outdoor temperature. The humidity absorbing rotor absorbs the moisture in the air. The humidifying unit blowout port 47b blows out the dry air after absorbing the moisture by the humidity absorbing rotor.
